CORRECT EQUIPMENT IS VITAL
Having the correct equipment is vital to the success of any endeavor. At any level of development, having the correct equipment is vital to your Junior Golfer’s skill development. Correct equipment is vital in the hands of a Junior Golfer, making the game easier to play and a more enjoyable experience.
All too often, kids play with “cut-off” clubs that are essentially too heavy for them. This is a great way to introduce the golf to a child at relatively no cost, but to sustain the excitement and fun of the game, the right size, weight, and set-up of a club can be the difference between your child using the club correctly or just letting the clubs sit idle.
There are many equipment companies that specialize in producing various different sizes and weights of junior golf equipment, with US Kids Golf being the industry leader. There are even clubs out there for the very, very young, ages 3-5 from The Littlest Golfer, Inc. Whether your child is just starting out or playing at a competitive level, there is something to fit every Junior Golfer.
Before purchasing a set of clubs for your Junior Golfer, be sure to see a Certified Junior Golf Equipment Fitter. Finding one through the PGA or various equipment manufactures is a simple online search away from your Junior Golfer having a great time with their equipment. Correct equipment is vital to your Junior Golfer’s success as well as your success as a parent.
